Gamze Yalçın is a Berlin-based artist working primarily in painting and drawing. Her practice explores space, color, and landscape through a research-driven approach rooted in close observation and material sensitivity. Yalçın’s work often combines semi-abstract forms with natural textures and patterns, creating compositions that reflect the shifting dynamics of environment and perception.
In addition to canvas-based works, she develops cohesive collections across paper, textiles, and site-responsive installations. Yalçın’s work has been exhibited internationally in cities including Berlin, Istanbul, Vienna, Hamburg, Barcelona, and Matera, with shows at Stadtgalerie Saarbrücken, König Gallery, and Soho House Istanbul.
