Manuel Rios was born in Chiapas in 1987 and has been a Mexico City local for the past fifteen years. He studied graphic design, but drawing and animation were always his real thing. After a short stint in advertising — which he found, was not really his vibe — he jumped into freelancing-illustration first, and for the last eight years, rotoscope animation with a sports twist (mostly soccer). That’s where he found his groove.
