Jenny Jing Zhang is a Chicago-based artist, illustrator, and architectural designer who believes a blank card holds latent magic. Her love for drawing began early, following lines across cityscapes and sketchbook pages, a practice that has never stopped since. With a background in architecture, she brings an eye for structure and space, but her heart belongs to the unpolished beauty of freehand ink, pencil, and watercolor washes. Inspired by Paul Klee's idea that "a drawing is simply a line going for a walk," Jenny lets her marks wander freely, capturing fleeting moods and small moments with warmth and spontaneity.
